Every member of the chapter shall be entitled to receive free of cost a membership certificate signed by the President and General secretary. The Membership certificate shall be in such form as the committee may prescribe.
1)The membership Certificate shall be the property of the Chamber whenever any member ceases to be a member of the Chamber, he or they Shall have to return the Membership Certificate to the Secretary of the chamber.
2) lf any membership certificate be torn out, damaged or lost, it may be renewed or replaced by the committee on such terms that the committee may prescribe.
3) GENERAL MEETING: The Annual General meeting of the members is to be held every year by giving 15 days notice to transact the following business.
3.1) To receive the Annual report of the retiring committee and the Statement of the accounts of the Chamber for the previous year.
3.2) To receive the report of the Returning officer as to the result of voting for election to various offices and ordinary membership of the committee
3.3) To elect an auditor to audit the accounts of the chamber for the ensuing year .
3.4) All other business, if any, transacted at a annual general meeting shall be deemed special . |
