TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP: Membership shall be terminated if :
1) Any Member withdraws from the Chamber by giving a written notice to the secretary to the intention to do so but such notice must reach the secretary at least one calendar year before the month 31st march in each year every filing which the member will also be liable to the chamber for subscdption for the following one year. This clause shall be applicable at State level as well as District level.
2) lf the member fails to pay the dues of the chamber by end of December or on non- payment he ceases to be member and no notice is required.
3) A majority of tlvo thirds or more/ the total number of members voting in person may, by resolution passed at an annual or a special general meeting' expel any who their option is the quality conduct contrary to the interest so the Chamber and any such member shall cease to be a member of the Chamber from the date of passing this resolution.
4) The membership Shall not be terminated by reason only of a change in it constitution or name |
